On February 07 of this year, the management of SEZ Aktau Seaport JSC met with a potential investor - KMD Trade&Transport Group LLP.

During the meeting, the potential investor announced plans to invest in the construction of a plant for the production of pellets based on oil.

The Management Company of the SEZ "Seaport Aktau" provided explanations on the procedure for the placement of projects, benefits and preferences provided to the participants of the SEZ, as well as other norms of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on special economic zones.

The final decision of the investor on the placement of the project on the territory of the SEZ is expected.
